  • 75g softened unsalted butter
  • 75 grams of golden sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon (Ground)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar (pearl) (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan)/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 (fan)/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
