  • 1 Puff Pastry Packet (Ready-Made)
  • 75g softened unsalted butter
  • 75 grams of golden sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon (Ground)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar (pearl) (optional)
  • Icing is easy to make (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan)/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 (fan)/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Combine the softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small mixing dish. Soften the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds if necessary.
  3. Puff pastry should be rolled out on a big chopping board or work surface. Spread the sugar-butter-cinnamon mixture evenly over the pastry, right up to the edges, using a spoon or spatula.
