- Examine the wrapping on your camembert package. If you have a wooden box that can put in the oven, remove any plastic wrapping and place it back in the box. Otherwise, throw away all of the packing. Place the camembert in a camembert baking box or a small baking dish coated with foil.
- To make diamond patterns on the top of the camembert rind, score it in two directions with a tiny sharp knife.
- In the scored rind, place a few slithers of garlic and a few tiny rosemary tips. Season with freshly ground pepper and a pinch of sea salt. Then sprinkle a little olive oil on top.
